More than a simple Enogastronomic Tour

Guided tour of one of the historic citrus groves (since 1893) registered in the register of producers of Sorrento Lemon I.G.P and Oil D.O.P. Sorrento Peninsula, with tasting of the products: fresh homemade lemonade, lemon and orange jams on biscuits and extra virgin olive oil in various flavors on homemade bread. Finally, to top it all, tasting and illustration of Limoncello as per the ancient recipe.

Guided tour of the farm (registered in the register of producers of Provolone del Monaco D.O.P.), with the processing of Mozzarella and Caciottine with subsequent tasting of Salami of its own production and the renowned Provolone del Monaco D.O.P. All accompanied with a nice glass of local wine. The farm's milk with which the cheeses are produced is obtained from high-quality cows such as the Agerolese, the Frisona and the Pezzata Antica;

Pizza tour in a local restaurant with clarifications on the production cycle of the typical Neapolitan Pizza and participation of visitors in the preparation of the same with the blocks made in the morning. Also homemade dessert, wine and possible coffee.
